Meet Elaine Glass, an author, Master Life Coach, and creator of the Get Quiet Way, a transformative approach designed to help people reconnect with inner peace, clarity, and purpose.
Elaine’s path to this work was shaped by lived experience. Amid a challenging divorce, chronic health struggles, and the responsibility of raising two young children as a single mother, her life became overwhelmed by noise — emotional, physical, and mental. Burned out and unfulfilled, Elaine knew something had to change, even if she didn’t yet know how.
A turning point came during a visit to a retreat center, where she encountered a labyrinth and received a simple but powerful message: surrender. That moment opened the door to healing and a return to her true self. Through learning to quiet the internal chatter and step away from people-pleasing patterns, Elaine reclaimed her power and chose internal peace over external expectations.
Rooted in her early love of nature — from growing up among the redwood forests of Northern California — Elaine rediscovered the wisdom of stillness. This journey led her to develop the Get Quiet Way, a method that uses practices like walking labyrinths, reflection, and intentional quiet to create mind-body-soul alignment and lasting transformation.
Today, Elaine helps others navigate life’s transitions by reconnecting with their inner voice and natural instincts. Her work reminds readers that healing doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from listening deeply and returning to yourself.
