Meet Dr. Vrnda “V” Boykin — an inspiring leader, educator, and innovator whose work centers on equity, empowerment, and transforming how individuals and businesses grow. With a decade of experience as a small business owner, Dr. V understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face, as well as the urgency of building systems that improve efficiency and drive meaningful impact.

Her unique approach redefines traditional sales by shifting from “salesperson” to “shareperson,” creating a consultative, human-centered process woven throughout her enablement programs. Her career path has taken her through industry leaders like Groupon and Amobee, and now HubSpot, where she has served as Manager of Customer Training, Senior Program Manager of Global Skills, and currently Senior Program Manager of Leadership Onboarding and Team Lead. Across all roles, her mission remains constant: solve for the customer first through education, clarity, and empowerment.

Dr. V’s academic achievements reflect her determination and bravery — returning to school after 40 and earning a BS in Marketing Management, MS in Management and Leadership, MBA, and Doctorate of Business Administration. Her doctoral research focused on understanding the social support structures women need for equitable experiences within the tech space — a mission aligned with stronger retention, higher performance, and more inclusive cultures.

Outside her professional work, Dr. V is deeply committed to mentorship and community support, contributing to organizations such as re:WORK, Braven, and The 100k Mentor Challenge. Her ultimate goal is clear and powerful: to help people from marginalized communities rise into senior leadership roles across tech and beyond.
