Shifts & Commitment:

Available Volunteer Shifts include:

• Friday Morning Mapping: 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Morning Load-In Support: 7:00am - 11:30am
• Afternoon Programming Support: 11:00am - 2:30pm
• Later Afternoon Support: 2:30pm - 5:30pm

*Final shift options will be confirmed by email based on festival needs and availability*

Volunteer roles:

Roles are light-duty, outdoors, and focused on helping the festival run smoothly.

• Information Booth & Check-In Support
  Greet authors and guests, answer questions, assist with directions, and help keep things organized.
• Author & Stage Runner
  Assist with panels and storytime by helping authors and speakers arrive at the stage on time and feel supported.
• Wayfinding & Festival Support
  Help guests locate stages, restrooms, and key areas, and flag any issues for staff.

Training and clear guidance provided on-site.

• Be friendly, professional, and comfortable working outdoors
