    The Scottsdale Book Festival is excited to welcome authors of all genres on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Scottsdale Civic Center. This one-day free community celebration will connect you with thousands of readers, families, and book lovers eager to discover new stories.

    Whether you write children’s books, fiction, nonfiction, poetry, comics, or graphic novels, this is your opportunity to share your work, connect with fans, and grow your audience at Arizona’s premier literary event.

    Booth Details & Requirements:

    All author spaces are sold as 10×10 exhibitor "spaces only".
    Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, and display materials. These items are not provided by the festival and are not available for rent. Participants are responsible for setup, teardown, and managing their materials throughout the event.

    Authors may apply for: Prices vary.

    • Single Booth (Solo Author): One author occupying a 10×10 space.
    • Shared Booth (Double Author): Two authors sharing one 10×10 space.

    *Please note that all exhibitors, including publishers and book-related businesses, follow the same space & price guidelines.

    How to Apply for the 2026 Book Festival:

    Author spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come basis.

    To apply, please complete the Author Interest Form with your contact information, book details, and any links to your work. Once submitted, our team will review your application and follow up with the next steps.
