Shifts & commitment:

Choose what fits your schedule:

• 3-hour shift (e.g., 9:30–12:30, 12:00–3:00, 2:30–5:30)
• Half-day (morning or afternoon)
• Full day (with breaks and rotation)

*Final shift options will be confirmed by email*

Volunteer roles:

• Welcome & Info Booth: Greet guests, hand out maps, answer quick questions
• Wayfinding & Guest Support: Help visitors find stages, restrooms, and booths
• Author Signing Support: Assist with lines and table needs near signings
• Kids & Family Activities: Offer a friendly hand in kid-forward areas
• Marketplace Support: Light line management and vendor guidance
• Stage Runner/Support: Simple cues and communication with stage staff
  (Roles are light-duty and outdoors; training provided.)

What you’ll receive:

• A quick orientation before your shift
• A name badge and heartfelt thanks (festival T-shirt if available)
• Breaks during longer shifts and support from festival staff

• Arrive on time for check-in and orientation
• Be friendly, professional, and ready to help outdoors
• Follow staff direction and festival guidelines
