    The Scottsdale Book Festival is more than just books — it’s a full-day community experience filled with food, family, and fun. On Saturday, January 24, 2026, thousands of attendees will gather at the Scottsdale Civic Center to celebrate reading, culture, and community.

    As a food vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your flavors, engage with festival-goers, and be part of one of Arizona’s most exciting one-day events.

    Booth & Vendor Details

    • Space Size: All vendor spaces are 10×10 (space only).
    • Setup Requirements: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and all necessary equipment.
    • Power Access: Power is not provided by the festival. However, limited access may be available through Scottsdale Arts depending on your setup needs and availability.
    • Food Trucks, Wagons & Trailers: Welcome to apply! Must fit within or near a 15-foot minimum space and comply with all city and fire regulations.
    • Permits & Insurance: All food vendors are required to have a valid business license, Maricopa County health permits, and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the festival as an additional insured.

    How to Apply for the 2026 Book Festival:

    Food vendor spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come basis. To apply, please complete the Food Vendor Application Form with your business details, menu offerings, and contact information. Our team will review your submission and follow up with next steps.
