• Scottsdale Book Festival 2026 - Food Application

    The Scottsdale Book Festival is more than books — it’s a full-day community experience filled with food, family, and fun. On Saturday, January 24, 2026, thousands of attendees will gather at Scottsdale Civic Center to celebrate reading, culture, and community.

    As a food vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your flavors, engage with festival-goers, and be part of one of Arizona’s most exciting one-day events.

    Booth & Vendor Details

    • Space Size: All vendor spaces are 10×10 (space only).
    • Setup Requirements: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and all necessary equipment.
    • Power Access: Power is not provided by the festival. However, limited access may be available through Scottsdale Arts depending on your setup needs and availability.
    • Food Trucks, Wagons & Trailers: Welcome to apply! Must fit within or near a 15-foot maximum space and comply with all city and fire regulations.
    • Permits & Insurance: All food vendors are required to have a valid business license, Maricopa County health permits, and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the festival as an additional insured.

    How to Apply for the 2026 Book Festival:

    Food vendor spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come basis.To apply, complete the Food Vendor Interest Form with your business details, menu offerings, and contact information.
