All exhibitor spaces are sold as 10×10 spaces — space only.
Each vendor must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. These items are not provided or available for rent from us. Exhibitors are responsible for setup, teardown, and materials.

Vendors may apply for:

Single Booth (One Organization): One vendor or business occupying a 10×10 space with up to *2 Staff members only*.

*Please note: these same space guidelines apply to all exhibitors, including bookstores, publishers, and community organizations.
