    The Scottsdale Book Festival is Arizona’s premier one-day literary celebration, taking place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Scottsdale Civic Center. Thousands of readers, families, and educators will gather for a vibrant day of books, community, and family fun.

    Booth Details & Requirements

    All exhibitor spaces are sold as 10×10 spaces — space only.
    Each vendor must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. These items are not provided or available for rent from us. Exhibitors are responsible for setup, teardown, and materials.

    Vendors may apply for:

    Single Booth (One Organization): One vendor or business occupying a 10×10 space with up to *2 staff members only.

    *Please note: these same space guidelines apply to all exhibitors, including bookstores, publishers, and community organizations.

    How to Apply for the 2026 Book Festival:

    Vendor spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come basis.
    To apply, complete the Vendor Interest Form with your organization details, booth type, and contact information. Once submitted, our team will review your application and follow up with next steps, including availability, booth details, and payment instructions.
